Kimberly Kayatta was born in New York and has had the pleasure of living in nine of the fifty states. She attended Florida State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in both Classical Civilizations and English. Kimberly attended the University of Notre Dame Law School where she earned her J.D in 2011. In her time following law school, she has worked for Bexar County, Rackspace, and a boutique plaintiff’s firm specializing in non-workers’ compensation workplace injuries. She joined the firm in 2017.

Kimberly is married to her husband Scott and they have three children: a daughter, Calista, a son, James, and a daughter, Lyra.
